 Upsc strategy Union public service commission helds exam every year in the month of approx. April / May  . Now I will explain the pattern of exam in very basic manner. 1) prelims २) mains ३) Interview १) Prelims- This is the first stage and it's only having a qualifying nature. That means upsc wil announce cut off  after १ month of exam .those are able to clear the cut off are eligible to write the mains exam. Prelims exam is totally MCQ based exam. २) mains- It's a wriiten exam .                    4 GS (general studies papers)                     Essay paper and                 Any one optional paper (you have to choose as per your comfort) ३) Interview- Upsc will arrange interview schedule for qualified candidates for interview on performance of candidates in mains .

Alexander and bucepalus        खूपदा मला वाटायचं लहानपणापासून अलेक्झांडरला जगज्जेता व्हावं असं का सुचलं असेल? त्या छोट्या वयात मनामध्ये कशाप्रकारचे वादळ सिकंदर च्या मनात असेल?      तर नक्कीच याला काही गोष्टी जबाबदार होत्या. एक म्हणजे त्याच्या आईची असलेली महत्वाकांक्षा आणि त्याच्या गुरूचे मार्गदर्शन. असच एकदा गोलाकार रिंगण मध्ये कित्येक मातब्बर सरदार एका उमद्या पण वयाने कमी असलेल्या काळया रंगाच्या घोड्यावर पकड मिळवायचा प्रयत्न करत होते.पण अपयश. दुसरं काहीही नाही. मग राजा फिलिप ने सुद्धा प्रयत्न केला आणि त्यांना पण ते जमलं नाही. नकारात्मक पवित्रा घेत त्या घोड्याने सर्वांनाच लांब केलं. पण तितक्यात त्या रिंगणात एका छोट्या मुलाने प्रवेश केला. त्या मुलाने त्या बलाढ्य घोड्याची मानसिकता ओळखली. आणि पुढच्याच क्षणी त्याने त्याच्याशी बोलायला सुरवात केली. त्या मुलाने घोड्याला स्वतःच्या सावलीत बघायला सांगितलं आणि लगाम खेचून घोड्यावर बसला आणि त्याचा ताबा घेतला. त्या मुलाची चहूबाजूला वाहवा झाली. त्या मुलाचं नाव अलेक्झांडर होते आणि तो घोडा म्हणजे Bucephalus.   ...
